A minimum of 2 years of cooking experience is preferred for this position.
• Responsible for following the instructions of the Chef and Sous Chef
• Responsible for preparing orders quickly and efficiently.
• Responsible for preparing sauces and intermediate items while following recipes.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining sanitation.
• Responsible for rotating and inventory freshness of product.
• Responsible for restocking the line.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to lead team in the absence of Chef and Sous Chef
• Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work well with little supervision.
• Must be flexible and have open availability.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
