Banquet Server or Bartender duties:
Providing excellent customer service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner by anticipating their needs and responding promptly however busy it may be at the time.
Assist in the set up and tear down of events as instructed by Banquet Manager as well as serving, bussing, cleaning and setting tables. This includes setting up chairs, tables, linens, silverware and any other need required with the event
Perform all tasks necessary with a smile and an energetic attitude
Maintain a professional appearance including the proper banquet attire as provided the day of an event.
Must have excellent communication skills with an energetic and fun attitude.
Must have the ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
Must be reliable with flexible availability of nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis, bend, and walk / stand for long periods of time.
Must follow all safety and housekeeping procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Must obtain TIPS certification for alcohol service awareness.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous banquet experience a plus.
