Use of a cash register and micros. Counting change. Money handling. Counting tills before and after shifts. Printing shift reports. Being aware of the variety of coupons accepted and know how each should be rang into the micros.
Prepare food using a hot box, popcorn machine, cheese machine, pretzel warmer and soda.
Change bibs for soda lifting up to 35 lbs.
Restock inventory in trotters canteen area along with concessions table in guest areas. Filling and restocking condiments.
Taking out garbage. Cleaning counters and surrounding areas. Brining bus tubs back to the dish area and emptying any used bus tubs or bus carts
Providing friendly, polite, professional and accurate customer service
Moving inventory in and out of storage, freezers, pods and the dock area.
Washing hands and wearing gloves while preparing any food items especially after handling money
Being aware of health codes
All other duties as assigned
