Responsible for preparing orders quickly and efficiently
Responsible for preparing sauces and intermediate items while following recipes
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining sanitation
Responsible for rotating and inventory freshness of product
Responsible for restocking the line
Responsible for following the instructions of the Chef and Sous Chef
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
Must be flexible and have open availability
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs frequently
